An AirAsia aircraft was forced to turn back to the Bangkok airport from where it had departed this morning, after a suspicious noise in the boot, but no problems were detected, according to the company.
“Pilots spotted a minor irregularity in the luggage compartment. For safety reasons, the aircraft returned to the airport in Bangkok to undergo a check”, announced the Malaysian low-cost carrier.
“A pilot hear a noise in the boot”, shortly after taking off from Bangkok.
“The engineers did not detect any problems that could jeopardize flight safety”, concluded the statement. This internal Thailand flight was being carried out by an affiliate of AirAsia.
