Giannis Antetokounmpo showed his respect to the great Zlatan Ibrahimovic when the Milan striker announced he would retire from football about ten weeks ago.

Zlatan, who appreciates the Greek NBA star immensely, sent him a signed jersey and wrote: “To Giannis, with all my love and success. You are the best”.

The jersey with Zlatan’s signature on it made the NBA star pose like a kid for the camera while holding it in his hands. Giannis captioned the photo on Instagram: “When you’re on vacation and the GOAT sends you a shirt!”.

Giannis had posted on Twitter when Zlatan decided to end his career: “Lions don’t compare themselves to people. -Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Congratulations on a great career my friend.”
