A 21-year-old man was pulled alive from the rubble in the state of La Guaira, Venezuela, following an extremely difficult rescue operation involving teams from Venezuela, Mexico, and El Salvador.

As announced by the president of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, Aaron Levi Cadillo Vargas was found alive under the rubble in the city of Carabayeda.

According to Bukele, the operation faced serious difficulties, as the body of a person lay between the rescuers and the trapped 21-year-old, a fact that made reaching him even more complicated.
