No injuries or damage have been reported so far
A strong earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale occurred in the early hours of Wednesday in western Turkey.
According to the Euro-Mediterranean Institute, the tremor struck at 05:21 with the epicentre located in the resort province of Antalya.
The focal depth of the earthquake was recorded at 40 km. No injuries or damage have been reported so far.
