An incident of unbelievable violence unfolded in a secondary school in Pilion last Tuesday when a 15-year-old stabbed a pen into his classmate’s leg during class, in front of other students and the teacher who was giving the lesson at that moment.

According to taxydromos.gr, the intensity with which he struck her was such that the pen pierced the jeans the girl was wearing, resulting in the girl being rushed to the village health center, bloodied, for medical assistance.

Naturally, panic erupted in the classroom due to the unprovoked attack the 14-year-old girl received from the 15-year-old, who attacked her suddenly and completely without reason, injuring her. The 14-year-old screamed in pain, while her classmates watched in shock at what had happened.

The teacher immediately intervened, noticing that the girl had bled from the spot where she was violently struck, and informed the school principal. The 14-year-old was swiftly transported to the village health center for first aid.

Soon after, both the 15-year-old’s parents and the parents of all the children who arrived at the school, upset and terrified, were informed to take their children home. After all, this wasn’t the first time a child had been the victim of the 15-year-old’s violent behavior, which, as reported, he constantly displays.

The day before, he broke a classmate’s finger

According to the same local source, the 15-year-old should not have been at school last Tuesday when he attacked his classmate with the pen. This is because he had been expelled on Monday for yet another violent incident during class, where he suddenly turned around, grabbed a classmate by the hand, and broke his finger!

The consecutive violent incidents from the previous Monday and Tuesday, with victims being two students – a boy with a broken finger and a girl with a leg injury – were the last straw for the teachers and parents against the 15-year-old.

He was carrying a knife

The 15-year-old has consistently been a problem for the local educational community due to his criminal behavior over the years.

Numerous reports have been filed against him, as he has previously been accused of carrying a knife inside the school, stealing from the school canteen, urinating in the classroom, and even throwing a kitten off a cliff to scare his classmates.

It is no surprise that multiple reports have been made to the Secondary Education Directorate of Magnesia regarding his behavior, and in November of last year, the Teaching Staff of the specific secondary school unanimously requested a change of school environment for the 15-year-old.

A change of school environment had been ordered, and he was supposed to attend a secondary school in a nearby village, but he never went, due to the difficulty of traveling there every day. It now appears that a decision has been made for him to be moved to a school in Volos, starting as early as next Monday.
