End of an Era in Thessaloniki: The Historic Pastry Shop “Terkenlis” Closes

The "Terkenlis" pastry shop, located on Mitropoleos Street in Thessaloniki operating for 25 years, is closing its doors

The store, which has had a long history in the center of Thessaloniki, has shut down.

The “Terkenlis” store on Mitropoleos Street in the city center, which has been serving customers for 25 years, has now closed.

In communication with Thessaloniki residents, the team from “Tserkenlis – Mitropoleos” notes that they will soon be back with a new proposal in the city center.

Specifically, in their farewell message, Terkenlis–Mitropoleos states:

“Dear customers, with mixed feelings, we announce that after 25 years of dedication and service, our store is closing its doors.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your long-standing loyalty and support over the years. Your trust inspired us to always offer the best, making our store a beloved destination and a landmark in the city.

Thank you for choosing us for your daily and special moments. It has been our privilege to be a part of your lives and to create such beautiful memories together.

We will soon be back with a new proposal for the city center!
